7th Grade Music Nov 10, 2009

Aloha,

Lesson: We will continue learning how music influences actions in the world and vice-versa. We will do this by looking at the overall arc of music through the years, starting with the 1920's to present.

    The music is not that bad. They look a little funny with their formations but they are still pretty good though I like it. I think its pretty cool but their face expressions look pretty funny to me it made me laugh a little. I like this video I do not really like this video if someone keeps playing this song over and over. Maybe you guys might not like it because it does not show that much dancing.

    it is very boring and it is very different from now. it is alot of flutes and stuff violins and orchestras it is very different from the bands now days and is very pieceful because it is not the same. they rally funny because when they play they make funny faces and it is halarious because when they go hi they get all tight and when they go low they get very lose.

    It shows various musics and it looks like it started back in Mozart's time to our time so it shows many transformations. Music keeps changing and it keeps changing every day! I liked the video because of some of the things they did in it.I am running out of battery so this is the end of my blog. Bye.

    it was deffinatly iteresting the music wasnt that bad and it was pretty cool. there was a lot of violins. it was very different and at some times it was vert boring.the singing was i think boring the over rating of this i would have to say boring because about half the video was sucky i third was boring and i third was good so over all sucky. and thats what i think of the video.

    To me this video clip was very strange and very confusing because some of the parts I’d never seen before. The weirdest part was the screams and yellow light, which just hurt my ears. The violins but me to sleep……. But in the good way like a peaceful way. The violins and piano’s were my favorite part because I’m tired.

    The video was interesting. Music now a days has changed a lot since then. At 0:27, what were those red instruments they playing? It sounded so scary and creepy. Why were they also making the shhing noises too? Also that guy playing the cello on the helicopter was kinda weird. That is one of the most unexpected places to play an instrument because its so loud. I guess opera back then was really big too. That lady singed at 4:00 was really good.

    Well this song was very very intresting.?.? But it was people playing the piano and stuff like that. But it was cool when the lady got up and was singing opera. That was really cool i like that because they use so much breath to sing like that and yeah. But i like when they was playing the violen really really fast. Well that is what i liked about this song.

    I thought that this video wasn't that bad. But I thought it was also weird. The reason why i thought part of the video was weird is because while i was watching it i see alot of women playing some sort of flute and then when they get there mouth out, they say "shhh". That is the only part i thought was weird. The part i really liked the most was the guy playing the violin. He is ssooooooooooooooooo good!

    i found the video very boring. the music in it was horrible and i really did not enjoy it. i do not know what the point of this video was. i would prefer watching something with better music or at least something more educational that i can understand. they used a lot of different instruments in the video like piano, violins, flutes, and there was one lady who was singing in it.

    I think the video clip was good because it reminds me of a lot of stuff like the Prince of Egypt and it also reminds me of the RHTHYM OF LIFE it was the song that we sang last year in school but we never really sang the whole thing we only sang part of it and it also reminds me of the project I watched on YouTube it was a musical project it also reminds me of titanic.
