Blog: 80 words- What are somethings that you want to learn about in guitar class. More plucking? more sight reading? Tabs? Chords?
Throughout the course of this guitar class I have learned loads about chords, playing, just about everything about the guitar. I have learned the most about chords. I have been learning lots of jazz chords recently am I am sure that this will help me in the future. In fact, it is helping me already! With my repurposed pieces and many other various songs that I’ve been writing. I love the variety of different songs I can make with these new chords and will surely be using all of them in the future.

I guess i would want to learn more chords, so that I can start to write my onwn songs. But I would also wana learn how to sight read so that I can play other songs. But to be able to play other songs and read I would have to know all of the chords. So it just goes back to learning more chords. It's an endless cirlce. But other tna learning more chords I cant really think of anything...
ReplyDeleteIn guitar class I want to learn more chords so I can learn to play a song or write my own songs. I think it would be cool to write and play my own song. I will also have to learn how to sight read so I can play other songs too. The first step l will have to do is practice and improve more. I’ll have to practice more so I can get better and better because practice makes perfect.
ReplyDeleteI want to learn how to play the star spangled banner on the first string. I just mainly want to learn as much as I can because I like guitar and it is really fun. I plan to continue to play guitar after this year is over. I want to learn proper care for my guitar also. Like how to clean it and things like that. I want to learn as many songs as I can and as many techniques as I can.
ReplyDeleteI have been learning a lot in guitar class like changing guitar strings, a lot of chords, the spanish song and a few other thing but a few things I would like to learn more about is more Chords because I want to know them all. One last thing I would like to learn sight reading so I can learn how to play much more songs. I can't really think of anything else I want to learn.
ReplyDeleteIn guitar class I would want to learn more chords and some tabs. I want to learn chords and tabs so I can play actual songs. That is my goal in guitar class. I want to be able to play guitar. I was always envious of guitar players. I would like to be able to right my own songs and preform them for family and friends. By learning the guitar, I can experience the music myself and appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteAs I’ve probably mentioned before, I like combine playing the piano and the guitar. So, therefore, many of the skills I learn from piano are implemented into the way I play guitar, and vice versa. One problem that I have with piano is sight reading, as I stopped going to piano practice sessions about 4 years ago. At that point, I wasn’t even good at sight reading in the first place. So what I’m getting at is that it’d be nice to learn a skill that’s practically necessary when playing any type of instrument. Except for the banjo…damn the banjo...
