Blog: 70 words- Watch the following clip, how does this clip relate to swing? express your opinion
It is a swing type of dance and there like super fast. They are like so fast to they look really pro. To me they are really good at dancing they are spinning and throwing their partner all over the place like they are rag dolls they must be flexible. I think that they were practicing that dance for a long time to perfect it like that. I do not think I would be able to dance that good and fast.
ReplyDeleteThe music is very lively and it makes you want to get up and dance, that is if you were a person who likes dancing. I can't really dance like the people back then could. The music is highly composed of trumpets and blowing instruments of the sort. At one point in the song it really speeds up and there's a bunch of people going crazy.
ReplyDeleteWow. I think that was one of the fastest dances I have seen in my whole life. They must have been practicing for a long time to be that good. I think even if I practiced for a long time, I would never be that good. It was also really cool how they would flip their partners around. It looked so effortless. If someone flipped me like that, I would be so scared. However, in the video, everyone looked so happy.
ReplyDeleteooh my word what a wierd dance its like wooooooow and then fast beat it looked like they were broken dude and when the people were flying on the other dude as in(the lady was swinging on the dudes waste)yea it was weierd. and i hope that none of them were like getting hurt and no bones were cracked and like ect.
ReplyDeleteThis dance is awesome because they have to do a lot of flips and stuff I could never do that. These people must have been dancing for the fun unlike the people in our class because every body is same to dance and it is not fun that is why we could never do this dance. This is really hard because they do all kind of steps that are kind of personal. This dance is like the swing because it is very fast and up beat.

ReplyDeleteIt relates to swing by the du wab and the jungle sound the piano which was used to play the do wab sound and also the trumpets which was used to play the jungle sound and it also remind me of the song it don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing just give that rhythm every thing you’ve got and the part that goes like ba du ba du ba ba du ba du dot and the du wa du wa du wa du wa du wa du wa____. And it also remind me of the rhythm of life but I am not sure if it is swing.
ReplyDeleteThis clip relates to the swing in many, many, many ways. This is exactly like the swing. I think it is a form of the swing. The dance is very fast like the swing and has a lot of cool moves. The dance seems very hard to learn though, because it has a lot of difficult moves. But I bet I could learn. The dance is also very dizzy. The girl got twirled around a lot and it made me dizzy.

Well first of all they are both really good. Holy they are really stinken good it is like so awesomeest. Also they are like doing alot of flips on their backs and Whole gosh they can go on the groung and like slide. That must of madde his suite like really really dirty.

ReplyDeleteI thought that the video clip was really cool and how they just kept adding in more and more guys. I even saw the plunger bottom for the jungle sound. I was fun to watch them dance because that how fast and flexible they had to be to dance to that fast of a beat.
