  1. YES I do believe that music has huge affect on the adolescent population. Music can affect teens in many ways, it can make them a good person, or a bad person. If a group of people that listen to emo, punk rock, type music they are most-likely to become anti-social, drug-abusive, theft, murder, suicidal. But if a group of people listen to joyful, happy, nice, awesome music that has nothing to do with killing yourself or someone else, then most likely will end up with a good life. Heavy types of music like Heavy-Metal (w00t), rap, might promote violence in a person.

  2. I think that music affects a teenager because music can show what type of person the adolescent is or could be. Music can affect a teenager because it could make them smarter in tests or things like that or it could not make them smart. Music affects a teenager because it could show them what there personality is.

  3. I believe that music can have an effect on a teenager because of what emotions the song is trying to send. A metal song will make kids angry, classical will make them concentrate, and anything with a fast pase will make them hyperactive. I use fast passed rock and surf music to drown out all kinds of noise other kids can make, and I also use my fast music to type faster. I type about three times faster when plugged in. By I believe that music can have a major effect on the emotions of teenagers.

  4. I think Music can affect the way a teenager thinks, if he doesnt have any solid ideas. Music can influence the way he thinks if he lets it. Music doesnt need to change how you think. Music can change how positive or negative you think. If you can think in your own way id will influence you less i guess. Music can also act as a steroid for your mind. Like you think bettter when you listen to jazz and stuff.

  5. YES! Music indeed effects ALL teenagers. It affects teenagers because the lyrics in the songs that we listen too really pretain to our everyday lives. For example when you are going through a breakup with a relationship most teenagers listen to music. Some music that they might listen to is like jesse mccartney or taylor swifts music. Very calming and the lyrics are talking about how to get over it. I think a american teenager and music is all in the brain. But they are both like a perfect match

  6. I think music impacs how a teenager feels about certain things. like if someone were to listen to music that was contraversial towards polotics, that might affect how the teenager views polotics. If a kid listened to some old love songs, he might have different opinions on relationships. I think that no matter what kind of music someone listens to, they will always be influenced and shape their own opinion about that topic.

  7. Yes, I believe that music affects teenagers because music shows what type of person they are or what kind of person they'll probably turn out to be. For example if a group of teens listen to rock, punk rock, and emo music they are most likely going to be involved with drugs, and suicidal. But if another group of teens listen to happy, nice, and has lyrics that doesnt involve killing or any kind of murders they'll most likely be a happy person and have good lives. Other genres of music like rap, and metal could put violence into a teenagers life.

  8. YES i think that music has a huge affect on teenagers because some types of music if they really like it and listen to it everyday you can tell what kind of person they are and music can help a teenager work faster and finish all there work and make them do go on tests sometimes.
One example how music and the average american teenager work together by when they listen to music they can sometime what kind or person they are or what mood are you in.

  9. I think music can help some situations and make others worse for me I love country there for I don’t care for rap, hip hop, pop, rock, ect. I like to do things on my own not with someone looking over my shoulder breathing down my neck if I catch my pants on a fence or something they become summer pants but if I listened to lets say rap I might try to be gangster or something stupid and that effects me when I listen to country

  10. Yes I think that music really does have an effect of a lot of teenagers today. The reasone I think this is because I know music is how a lot of teenagers all aroud the world is the way exspress their self. Maybe if someone does not talk a lot people will know the kind of person they are by the music that they sisten to. I think that a lot of teenagers can be their self with music, and is something they can always go to. So thats what I think about this topic.

  11. I think the kind of music that they sisten to has an effect on their everyday life. So most of the time if someone sistens to vilent music songs about killing, its going to come out through their actions. It does not always have to be bad, but it really takes its tool. The same way with the many different types of music that teenagers listen to in the world today.

  12. Do I think that music has an effect on teenagers. I think that music can effect a teenager in some ways. I think that it can effect there personality or mood by what type of music there listening to like if there listening to death metal it could make them more on the aggressive side. I also think that it could effect how teenagers work together by what type of music there listening to like if it is classical they will probably work together better because it would help them concentrate unlike rock.
