The song doesn't really rhyme like normal songs. I kinda like the song he dances cool to it kind of sounds like country in beginning. I also hear a banjo in the background I think the type of dance he is doing is tap dancing I really don't know but he is good. I like this song it makes me jumpy and lively. that is why I like this song. Thanks for reading this comment.
ReplyDeleteWell in the begining i taught that it was another song that dosen't have singing it is just all the instuments playing but i was wrong. It would be a song i would listen to if i was like in the year this song was made and i would be kinda old then i would like it but i don't because this is just not the style of music i really listen to. Also i notice that this song has alot more tap dancing then there is singing. I like the beat but this reaally isn't one of the songs that i would listen to so yeah.
ReplyDeleteThis guy had to do a lot of practicing because he was so good. This dance was a really hard dance to learn and I could tell that this guy used a lot of his hands and really most of his body. He also had to do tap dancing, which we all no is very hard and with all those people. So they must of practiced for days weeks 2 to 3 hours a day. So it takes a lot of time to get a dance perfect and in front of a live audience. I just hope we don’t have to do that in class cause that is going to be hard
ReplyDeleteWhat is my opinion? I thought that the video was very interesting, cool, and awesome. I really like this video because I have not see a person in my life, who is that good at tap dancing. While watching the video, I have seen many movements into the tap dance. There was also a cane for the guy to use while tap dancing. I think the guy used the cane to entertain the audience. But if I ever do something like that, I believe I would not accomplish it because it is to fast and challenging. But I will give it a try.
ReplyDeleteI think that when I saw him I was like cool dude I am not a fan of tap dancing but I guess this was pretty cool. This would be like the first time I completely watch a tap dance video it was cool and it makes me feel like watching TV and watching people tap dance. I think I am a van of tap dancing now. And I like it when they all follow him and dance.
ReplyDeleteI think that the tap dancing combined with the cane was entertaining. I don't see a lot of people dancing with canes now a days. I also think this song was more for the tap dancing than it was for the singing. More than half of the video was for only tap dancing. What he wore was also cool and it looked old. His tuxedo had a tail in the back and he wore a tall hat.
ReplyDeleteMy opinion on this video is that the guy dancing is or look like a magician tap-dancing at the same time singing but his staff really looks good and it match his outfit also his shoes looks shiny which also goes with his socks and they also look like MICHEAL JACKSON’s shoes and the guy also looks like he can do the moon walk if he tries which is like the coolest dance that defines gravity.
ReplyDeleteMy opinion about the clip is that it’s very interesting. It a nice old style theme to it and it was very original. The tap dancing was very interesting and it had a theme that was interesting enough that you wanted to watch the whole thing and not leave out a part because the song was like a musical sentence and you couldn’t really understand it if you did look at the whole thing.
ReplyDeleteI think that the video was awesome. He must have practiced a whole bunch just to get it right. It must have been hard to remember all of the moves. It also must have been hard work doing all those dance moves and then singing and then doing it at the same time. I enjoyed watching it and it was a catchy beat for the song. It was awesome. I would definitely watch it again.
ReplyDeleteHe is I think a really good tap dancer. Its very original. I like it. He sometimes goes very fast instead of his regular dance speed. The background music is mostly built upon trumpets and blowing instruments. His name was if I can remember Fred Astaire. He was obviously a popular dancer back then.
ReplyDeleteI liked this video because it’s mixed with music, dance, and song. I've always liked tap dance because the sound of the taps to me shows a lot of emotion and rhythm. When I listen to the words I can automatically know that he’s singing about the 1920’s and I think that’s really cool because how he’s singing it is mixed perfectly with dance .
ReplyDeletemy opinion is it is very cool. i like it because i would like to learn how to tap dance. and that is also a cool type of music i like in those days. if i was in those days i would practice tap dancing all days so when it comes to these days i will know how to tap dance very good. then all people will like me and they would like to me to be a a show called the tap. that's y i like
